In her work Lida mixes elements of modernity, comfort and timelessness to develop a new meaning for “chic” and “femininity”. She is always inspired by the indigenous culture of her motherland Iran. Things like color of textiles, architecture and above all the colorful surroundings can be seen everywhere in Iran, but, yet her designs remain very contemporary and cosmopolitan. Lida is a dreamer. Her mind is open and expanded and she is full of energy with a broad smile on her face. She intends to expand the boundaries as she says: “the realm of fashion is where I experience limitless. There is nothing you can’t imagine or do. It makes me wonder when I see women choose a homogenized look by wearing a pair of jeans and a top when they can follow their dreams and built their own style and become special, elegant and more desirable. Lida also has worked as a custom designer for a TV series in Iran and participated in an exhibition in Vienna’s Art Week presenting her designs in an exhibition called “Hinterland”.

Her current collection was inspired by Fall and a walk in the nature. With the colours she chose, Lida wanted to bring more energy and poistive vibes in contrast of the grey skies of Fall season. She used beautiful deep yellow and orange, ruffles and pussy bows, adding extra touches of her Persian heritage. For example she chose a velvet vest and scarf with traditional Iranian tiling prints. E, voila, that’s how this opulent collection came to life.
